If your home needs a new roof, save yourself so many headaches, you need to work with Dubo roofing. Talk to your neighbors and listen to their nightmare stories about roofing companies and then do the research on Dubo. They are a local, family-owned business that has been in business over 20 years and continues with their personal touch service. They are extremely committed to their customers and make sure every question is answered. Even if you don't ask the right questions, they make sure you are educated. We were very impressed with their professional integrity and guidance in the entire process, from roof selection to dealing with the insurance claims. Their owner Duke, even filled out many of our insurance forms to assist with the process and if you've ever filled those forms out, you'll know how difficult they can be. One of the family sons, Noah, becomes your project lead and it felt like we had a partner in this project. Noah continually kept us updated and informed. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic and worry free. We even had some delays from the insurance company and Dubo worked with us to make sure there was no pressure on payment due to a claim delay. We even had some minor termite damage that they identified and their crew immediately remedied the damaged wood and they still finished the project on schedule with amazing quality. One other side note is that we also had some painting done at the time the roof was completed and the painter had spilled some paint and damaged an area on the roof. Dubo's team had come out for one roof touch up and repaired the paint issue on the roof. Absolutely free. We were so impressed with this professional courtesy and very thankful. This is a huge investment in your home and you want everything to go perfectly. I did my homework and I did not go with the roofing companies that did the community solicitation or had the pushy sales gimmicks. This is your choice and your investment, so do your homework and research the companies out there. I found out that Dubo continued to come out on top of my research. Your research will also show you that they have been selected for numerous industry awards and certified at the top of their profession. Our new roof went on timely and exactly as planned. I would highly recommend Dubo Roofing and Construction for replacing rotted exterior wood siding with hardi board. The estimate was reasonable and all work was completed professionally in a timely manner.  I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future repairs.

I got 5 different quotes for my roof and Dubo was the best price (although they were all within about 5% of each other). Duke and Noah were excellent in communicating to me during the whole process. Once I was ready to get the job started, it was only a few days until the team came out to replace the roof. The guys and girls on that team absolutely crushed it. In and out in one day and didn't leave a mess. I'm super happy with the results from both the construction team and the office with all their help throughout the whole process. I literally shopped for 3 plus months to find the right roofer. With the money coming out of my pocket it was nice to find someone I felt was honest and would give me top quality work. My experience with Dubo Roofing was very positive in all regards.  The roof of my Orange Park area home had been severely neglected for a number of years.  Ultimately, that contributed to a significant increase in the final cost of the roof replacement project compared to the initial cost estimate.  While it may have been possible to “save” money by choosing a different roofing company, I wanted my roof to be replaced by a company that was reputable, well-established, and attentive to my particular roofing needs and concerns.  The owner of Dubo Roofing, Duke Duncan, patiently answered my roofing system and warranty related questions and helped me select roofing materials that completely transformed the appearance and functionality of my roof.  With the help of Dubo Roofing, my new roof is now MUCH more durable, more easily maintained, and better designed than the roof that was installed on the house when it was built.  I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness of the site cleanup after my new roof was installed.  In conclusion, Dubo Roofing handled all aspects of my roofing project competently and I highly recommend them, especially if your roofing system potentially needs a more extensive restoration

Dubo Roofing is an outstanding roof vendor. They did our roof in the early 2000's and we had no issues with it. My homeowners required us to get a new roof and it was certainly needed. Duke and Noah were attention to detail and provided great service. Even though a nail gun hit an electrical wire, they both were around assisting T&M Electric in fixing the problem. Last week had our roof replaced by Dubo and they did an excellent job.   Job completed in one day.  They covered everything very well and did a great job with the clean up.  They ran into a problem and immediately called me.  They were able to work around our work schedule.  Have a night worker day sleeper and they were able to do it on a day he was off so he didn't have to go to work with no sleep.  Very satisfied with the whole experience. Duke first told me what they offered, then kindly told me what my other roofing quotes would be and everything he told me was the truth. Rare! This was a roof and skylight replacement. They were a pleasure to deal with.  Everyone I dealt was helpful and responsive.  I have to especially recognize Mike Shelton, their sales rep.  He was great to deal with.  He was responsive to my questions and concerns from our very first contact all the way through completion.  They did a nice job on the roof and did a good job cleaning up the job site.  The onsite crew were timely and courteous.  It was a very positive experience overall. Since retiring to Florida nearly 25 years ago, I have owned multiple houses in Jacksonville and Orange Park. During this time, Dubo Roofing has replaced the roof on three of those homes and each re-roof exceeded my expectations. I am currently a homeowner in a planned development community comprised of nearly 30 buildings. Because I had exclusively used Dubo as my contractor on past homes, I was thrilled when they were contracted by our board of directors to replace the roofs within our community. Like myself, my neighbors have raved about their professionalism, workmanship, and courteousness. Noah, the site supervisor, was always readily available to answer questions and provide informative insight as our roof project progressed. I was so impressed by the open communication between the Dubo Roofing administration and each homeowner. Mike, our sales representative, and Duke, the owner, even went so far as to attend several evening HOA meetings should the residents have questions regarding the re-roofing process. Their knowledge of each product and willingness to patiently answer technical questions further demonstrate their professionalism. As for the Dubo roof-installation crews: thorough, skilled, and hard working. At the end of the workday, they left the job site clean and free of debris. They worked efficiently, steadily, and respectfully through the intense Florida heat and finished each building in a timely manner. Several times a day, I noticed a roofing crew member dragging a magnet through the lawns to collect any nails that may have fallen into the grass during the tear off process. And, unlike many local crews I’ve seen on roof tops, the safety of their employees seems to be a high priority to Dubo Roofing. Each roofing technician diligently wore a safety harness. I cannot recommend Dubo Roofing enough. They have consistently delivered quality, lasting roofs for me. The latest roof only solidified my trust in them. Fleming Island Plantation-Amberwood. Every home has a beautiful new roof in our neighborhood!  DuBo roofing has done a great, safe and clean job throughout our homes. Working from early morning to dusk most days or as the homeowner request made this massive project go smoothly. Every owner had a one on one contact with Duke Duncan before their roof replacement began. All rotten wood was replaced and the complete home and the yard was totally cleaned of any debris or nails etc, that might have slipped by. They covered the shrubs, air conditioner and cleaned up everyday.  This company has gone the extra mile to make this large project very seamless to the homeowners.  Quality of work, quality of employee, quality of shingles, is number one with DuBo. DuBo has such excellence in their quality of their jobs, that DuBo is only one of few local roofing companies that can offer the highest warranty on their workmanship and their shingle product. I used DUBO Roofing for a Chimney Cap replacement. I recently had siding put on my house and the chimney cap did not fit properly once the siding was updated. DUBO roofing called me back first thing in the morning and came out to give me an estimate. The turn around time for the new chimney cap was quick and the installation took less than 20 minutes. After getting recommendations from friends and talking to several other roofing companies, we decided to go with Dubo.  They were very knowledgeable and professional and were not high pressure.  The turn around time for getting our roof installed was quick.  The team that came out was very respectful and also really protected our plants, yard and pool.
